Will You Be My Neighbor?
Here’s a crazy idea. With the Ezekiel Project looking more and more likely every day, don’t you think it might be cool if more of us Rock’ers lived in the same neighborhood as the buildng? And even if something happens and we don’t get the old Audio Plus building, you would still have the side benefit of living near us, and living near Wendy Rehm.
So, here are a few leads. Tbe house across the street from us (3415 West St) has a for-rent sign in the yard. I think it’s a two bedroom place. I’ll post the phone number in the morning if anyone wants to check it out. Martin Property management also has a couple houses for rent near us. A 3 bedroom house on Colorado (directly across the street from the Audio Plus building) is for rent, and I think the five bedroom house on the corner of West and Franklin (kitty-corner across from Wendy’s place) is available as well. These two houses on South Franklin would be close to the Audio Plus location as well.
So as you plan for your households for next fall, don’t forget to consider how great it would be to live within walking distance of the building we will (God willing) have the Rock at…and how much fun you will have living by us!
Update: Information about 3415 West St and 301/303 Coloraod Circle (the next house over, to the east) can be found at the Ames Rentals website. That means there are three properties in a row across the street from us that are all up for grabs!!! Get ‘em while they’re hot!
